Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be shipped out. We do not ship on weekends.

Shipping is FREE to 50 states in the USA. 

All Sea Moss gel orders are freshly made and go through a process before shipping to you. All orders are shipped from Lubbock, Texas. 

There are no returns. All sales are final. 

If your product arrives damaged please take a picture and contact us immediately. Attach the images you have taken of the broken merchandise, and we will strive to resolve the issue.

The customer is responsible for entering the correct address at checkout and any additional costs that arise out of incorrect address entry, the customer must pay for the shipping cost to re-ship the package to the correct address. 

We provide tracking information to your email immediately once your package is shipped however you may need to allow 12 to 24 hours after item has been shipped for the tracking information to be readily updated.
